    List of Ingredients


    • 2c. corn meal
    • 2c. buttermilk
    • 1t. baking soda
    • 1t. baking powder
    • 1t. salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1 small onion


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together, stirring well. Drop by tablespoons into hot grease.
    2. Cook until golden brown.
