List of Ingredients
- 1c. corn meal
- 1 1/2c. boiling water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1c. milk
- 1T. baking powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Pour boiling water oven corn meal; stir constantly. Beat eggs in another bowl.
- Mix all together. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 until done. This will be soft; spoon out and butter.
- Delicious.
