6 to 7 oz. cooked ham, finely diced
8 oz. shredded cheese (your favorite)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups biscuit mix
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2/3 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Spread into greased 10 x 15-inch pan;
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
