- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 1/2c. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2c. cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4c. milk
Instructions
- Grease pizza pan and place 1 can of rolls on it. Press and spread in the pan until all the edges meet and pizza pan is covered.
- Cook sausage and drain. Put meat on top of rolls and sprinkle on hash browns, then the cheese.
- Pour beaten egg and milk on top. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
