    • 8 WHITE BREAD SLICES, CUT INTO CUBES
    • 1LB. PORK SAUSAGE, CRUMBLED AND COOKED
    • 1 1/2C. GRATED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
    • 10 LARGE EGGS
    • 2C. MILK ( DO NOT USE LOWFAT OR NONFAT)
    • 2t. DRY MUSTARD
    • 1t. SALT
    • PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. GREASE 9X13 INCH GLASS BAKING DISH. PLACE BREAD IN PREPARED DISH.
    2. TOP WITH SAUSAGE AND CHEESE.
    3. BEAT TOGETHER EGGS AND NEXT THREE INGREDIENTS.
    4. SEASON WITH PEPPER.
    5. POUR OVER SAUSAGE MIXTURE.
    6. CAN BE PREPARED 1 DAY AHEAD. CHILL
    7. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. BAKE CASSEROLE UNTIL PUFFED AND CENTER IS SET, ABOUT 50 MINUTES.
    8. CUT INTO SQUARES.
    9. SERVES 8-10.
