2 tsp (10mL) butter
2 Tbsp. (30mL) chopped red pepper
1 Tbsp. (15mL) minced onion
2 large eggs
1 tsp (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
Recipe
1. Add 2 tsp (10mL) butter to small non-stick skillet.
2. Saute 2 Tbsp. (30mL) chopped red pepper and 1 Tbsp. (15mL) minced onion.
3. Beat 2 large eggs with 1 tsp (5mL) of Mrs. Dash® Original Blend. Pour mixture into skillet, cook, stirring lightly until set.
