Zesty Tomato Topper for Eggs

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. sausage links, thinly sliced
- 1/4c. chopped onion
- 2T. chopped green pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed tomato rice soup
- 1/2c. water
- 1T. dry red wine
Instructions
- Cook sausage slices until lightly browned; pour off excess drippings.
- Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
- Blend in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 10 min.; stir often.
- Serve over omelet or scrambled eggs. Serves:4
