Another one (from a box) that is easy to bake for company.

List of Ingredients




1 box DH Butter Recipe yellow cake mix (only)
1 stick of butter, softened
1 large egg
1 cup chopped, toasted pecans
1 8oz. cream cheese
2 large eggs
1 box powdered sugar


Recipe




Mix cake mix, butter and egg together.
Press batter into UNGREASED 9 X 13 inch Pyrex baking pan.
Press the pecans evenly into the batter.


Beat the cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar together until creamy.
Pour the mixture over the batter.

Place the pan on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown

DO NOT cut until thoroughly cooled, then cut into squares.

Nice with coffee, tea or just a glass of cold milk!
