List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms
- 1/4c. chopped onions
- 2T. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1/4c. butter
- 1 lb. thinly sliced round steak
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1/2c. water
Instructions
- Cook mushrooms, parsley, onion, salt and pepper in 2T. butter till tender.
- Pound beef and cut into strips long enough to roll.
- Place mushroom mixture on each piece of beef, roll, fasten with toothpicks.
- Brown beef in remaining butter. Stir in soup and water. Cover, cook on low heat 1 hour or till tender.
