Beef Cubes

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef cubes
- 1 med. onion, chopped fine
- 3 or 4 carrots
- 2 lg. cans of beef gravy
- oil
Instructions
- Saute onion in frying pan with oil. Add beef cubes; brown well.
- Add gravy. Peel and slice carrots; add to gravy and beef cubes.
- Cover and cook until tender, adding water as needed.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice or cooked noodles.
