Beef Tips cooked in Wine

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef tips
- 1 whole garlic, chopped
- 3T. chopped onion
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
- 3/4c. red cooking wine
- 1/2c. water
Instructions
- Brown 2 lbs. beef tips in butter in a large skillet.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer on low heat, covered for 2 hours or until tips are tender.
- Serve on a bed of rice or noodles.
