- 6 (4oz) top round steaks
- 2 eggs
- 1/4c. milk
- 1c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/4t. each of salt, pepper, basil, thyme, chili powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika
- 1/3c. flour
- 1/4c. safflower oil
- 2c. Dill Cream Gravy (listed under gravies)
Instructions
- Pound the steaks with a meat mallet to tenderize. Blend the eggs with the milk.
- Mix the bread crumbs together with the seasonings. Dust the steaks with flour; then dip them into the egg wash, and dredge the steaks through the bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet, fry the steaks for 3 mins. per side. Serve with Dill Cream Gravy on the side.
