Country Fried Steak

- 1 1/2 lb. cubed steak
- 1/2c. Italian salad dressing
- 1/2c. vegetable oil
- 1/2c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place steak in large bowl. Pour dressing over steak, toss well.
- Place flour in plastic bag, add steak and coat well.
- In a heavy skillet, heat oil, fry steak in oil, turning to brown both sides.
- Then fry the steak for 2 minutes more per side or until brown crust has formed.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
