Garlic Steak

2 dessertspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic crushed
chopped parsley
2 tablespoons butter
1 fillet steak
Put sauce and garlic in pan, heat until dessertspoon of sauce
remains. Add butter, when frothy, add steak. When cooked remove
steak, add 1 teaspoon butter to pan. when frothing again add parsley
and pour over steaks.
