List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean beef
- 16 oz. can tomatoes
- 3/4c. water
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1t. salt
- 1/4t. pepper
- 1 1/2 t. paprika
- 1/2t. garlic powder
- 1/2t. Italian herbs
Instructions
- Cut meat into 1 inch chunks. Brown in oil. Add rest of ingredients.
- Simmer 2 hours, covered, then 20 mins. uncovered.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potaotes.
