Ranch Steak Platter

List of Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/2t. salt
- 1/2t. oregano
- 1/2t. pepper
- 2T. cider vinegar
- 2T. oil
- 1T. dijon mustard
- 1t. garlic
- Steak:
- 1 1/2lb. sirloin steak
- 2 med. carrots, cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 med. onion, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 med. tomatoes, cut into 2 inch slices
- 1 med. green pepper, cut into 1 inch strips
Instructions
- In a skillet stir together all marinade ingredients. Coat both sides of steak with marinade.
- Place in same skillet.
- Place carrots, and onion around steak in marinade mixture.
- Cover and cook over med. high heat, turning once, until browned.
- Reduce heat to med.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and meat reaches desired doneness.
