    Red Wine Marinated Flank Steak

    List of Ingredients


    • 1c. reduced calorie Italian Salad Dressing
    • 2/3c. soy sauce
    • 2/3c. dry red wine
    • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
    • 1/3c. sliced green onion
    • 1t. dry mustard
    • 1/4t. lemon pepper
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 (1 1/2 lb) flank steak


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large shallow dish or heavy duty zip top plastic bag.
    2. Add steaks, turning to coat. Cover dish, or seal bag. Refrigerate 8-12 hours, turning occasionally.
    3. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Place on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.
    4. Broil 3 inches from heat 7-10 mins. on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
