Red Wine Marinated Flank Steak

- 1c. reduced calorie Italian Salad Dressing
- 2/3c. soy sauce
- 2/3c. dry red wine
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/3c. sliced green onion
- 1t. dry mustard
- 1/4t. lemon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (1 1/2 lb) flank steak
Instructions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large shallow dish or heavy duty zip top plastic bag.
- Add steaks, turning to coat. Cover dish, or seal bag. Refrigerate 8-12 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Place on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.
- Broil 3 inches from heat 7-10 mins. on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
