    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
    • 1/2c. chopped parsley
    • 1/4c. minced onion
    • 1 1/2t. Worcestershire
    • dash of pepper
    • 2c. diced cooked beef
    • 2c. diced cooked potatoes
    • 2T. shortening
    • 2T. milk


    Instructions


    1. Combine 1/2 can soup, parsley, onion, 1t. Worcestershire, and pepper.
    2. Stir in beef and potatoes. In a heavy skillet, cook hash mixture in shortening over medium heat until browned.
    3. Meanwhile, combine remaining soup and Worcestershire with milk; heat and serve over hash.
    4. Servings: 4
