Saucy Beef Hash

List of Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2c. chopped parsley
- 1/4c. minced onion
- 1 1/2t. Worcestershire
- dash of pepper
- 2c. diced cooked beef
- 2c. diced cooked potatoes
- 2T. shortening
- 2T. milk
Instructions
- Combine 1/2 can soup, parsley, onion, 1t. Worcestershire, and pepper.
- Stir in beef and potatoes. In a heavy skillet, cook hash mixture in shortening over medium heat until browned.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining soup and Worcestershire with milk; heat and serve over hash.
