    1 porterhouse steak
    seasoned salt
    seasoned pepper
    1/4 cup mushroom halves
    1/4 cup margarine or butter
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup red wine
    4 shallots finely chopped or minced onion
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt

    Preheat broiler 10 minutes.

    Sprinkle both side of steak with seasoned salt and pepper. Broil
    steak each side 10 minutes for rare.

    Meanwhile in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in margarine or butter
    until golden. Add wine shallots, parsley, lemon juice, salt and a
    dash of seasoned pepper. Bring to boil, then simmer about 5 minutes.
    Keep warm.

    Serve on steak on a warm platter with the mushroom and sauce over
    it.
