    Betcha can't eat just one.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    • 6c. powdered sugar
    • 1c. butter, softened
    • 1/2t. vanilla
    • 4c. semisweet chocolate chips
    • 6 whole graham crackers, pulverized into crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Blend peanut butter, sugar, butter, and vanilla and crumbs. (Dough will look dry)
    2. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
    3. Stick a toothpick into each ball as you roll them. (You'll use the toothpick to dip candy into chocolate).
    4. Chill in freezer until hard (1/2 hr). Melt chocolate chips in top of double brolier (use very low heat and stir continuously).
    5. Dip frozen peanut butter balls in chocolate using the toothpick as a handle.
    6. Leave a small portion of peanut butter showing at the top to make them look like buckeyes.
    7. Place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate 2 hours.
