Chocolate Coconut Cups

- 8oz. bittersweet chocolate
- 1 1/3c. flaked coconut
Instructions
- Put 25 foil lined candy cups on a cookie sheet. In top of double boiler, melt chocolate over barely simmering water, stirring constantly.
- Remove from hot water and add coconut. Mix lightly until coconut is completely coated with chocolate.
- Drop a teaspoonful of mixture into each cup. Chill in fridge until firm.
