Cocoa Bourbon Balls

List of Ingredients



• 1c. vanilla cookies, finely crushed
  
• 1c. confectioners sugar
  
• 2T. cocoa
  
• 1c. pecans, finely chopped
  
• 2T. corn syrup
  
• 1/2c. bourbon
  






Instructions



1. Combine dry ingredients. Add corn syrup and bourbon and mix well.
   
2. If to moist add a few cookie crumbs if to dry add a little more bourbon.
   
3. Shape into small balls and roll in pecans. I also roll some in cocoa powder.
