Peanut Butter Kandy Kakes

List of Ingredients



• Mix together:
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1t. vanilla
  
• 1c. sugar
  
• 2t. oil
  
• Add:
  
• 2c. flour
  
• 2t. baking powder
  
• 1/4t. salt
  
• 1c. milk
  
• peanut butter
  
• 12 oz. semisweet chocolate pieces
  
• 1T. oil
  






Instructions



1. Beat first 4 ingredients. Add next 4 ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured sheet pan.
   
2. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. Take out hot cake and immediately spread with peanut butter.
   
3. Refrigerate until hard. Melt chocolate and 1T. oil and spread over peanut butter and chill until hard.
   
4. Cut into squares.
