    Hawaii Cooking with Aloha/Elvira Monroe 2001

    1/2 lb marshmallows
    4 cups coconut, grated



    1 Melt marshmallows over low heat. Add coconut. Stir until blended. Drop by spoonfuls on foil or waxed paper. Store in refrigerator.
