3 c. finely crushed vanilla-wafer crumbs
1 c. ground pecans
2 c. powdered sugar, divided
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2/3 c. rum
Recipe
1. Mix vanilla-wafer crumbs, pecans, 1 c. powdered sugar and cocoa in bowl. Add corn
syrup and rum, mixing well.
2. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Roll in remaining 1 cup powdered sugar. Store in
tight-fitting container. Servings: about 46 balls
