    Beef & Veg Fry up

    1 lb beef
    1 cube oxo
    2 pints water
    salt
    pepper
    1 large white cabbage
    1 lb fresh carrots
    1 large onion
    1 lb bacon
    6 tbs veg oil
    spaghetti

    Cut beef into cubes and put in pan with oxo, salt & pepper, and
    water. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Set aside.

    Shred the cabbage, dice the onion, cube bacon, and cube carrots.

    Put oil in pan, fry bacon until brown, then put in onion, carrots,
    and cabbage. Continue to fry until soft.

    Drain meat setting aside some of the juices. Put into the fried
    mixture, adding 1 1/2 cups meat juice into fried vegies.

    Cook spaghetti in salt water for about 20 minutes, the drain, and
    add to fry mixture.
