    Buttermilk Chicken

    Source of Recipe

    www

    4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    Flour
    1 stick butter, melted
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 1/4 cups buttermilk

Coat glass baking dish with all of melted butter. Rinse and flour
chicken breasts, then place in dish. Cover with foil, and bake in
a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, flipping after first 30 minutes of
baking time. Prepare sauce during baking time. Combine soup and
buttermilk completly, working out lumps with a wire whisk. After
the chicken is done baking, flip them over again and pour sauce
over chicken. Cover with foil again, and bake in 350 oven for
    another 20 minutes.

Serve chicken over rice, but mashed potatoes are pretty good with
    this, too.
