CHILI RELLENOS

3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. can chilies, chopped
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. flour
In glass casserole alternate cheeses and chilies. Mix eggs, milk
and flour and pour over cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Great served with Spanish rice, refried beans and chips.
