CRAB CASSEROLE

1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
1 cup diced celery
1/4 green pepper, diced
1/4 cup minced onion
salt and pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup bread crumbs
Mix together first 7 ingredients. Put in greased 1-quart casserole.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in 1 cup bread crumbs. Sprinkle
on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
