    Cabbage Rolls

    2 lbs pork
    2 1/2 lbs gr beef
    3/4 cup cooked rice
    2 or 3 onions
    1 clove garlic
    2 lg can sauerkraut
    1 lg can tomato juice (46 oz)
    1 lg head of cabbage
    salt/pepper
    1/2 cup grated cheese
    paprika

    Boil or steam cabbage until soft. Put meat into bowl, add rice,
    salt, pepper, and paprika. Chop onions into 2 or 3 Tbsp oil and
    fry until soft. Mix into meat. Roll into cabbage leaves. Alternate
    layers of sauerkraut, juice and grated cheese on the bottom of the
    pan. Place cabbage rolls on top. Starting again with alternate
    layers. Add paprika on top. Bake 1 hour at 350.
