Cheesy Barbecue Casserole

3 cups uncooked ziti or penne pasta (11 ounces)
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup milk
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
1 roma (plum) tomato, chopped
1 Heat oven to 350 F Grease 2-quart casserole. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
2 While pasta is cooking, cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
3 Mix beef, pasta, 3 tablespoons of the parsley, the milk, barbecue sauce, mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with tomato and remaining 1 tablespoon parsley.
