Cheesy Chicken Casserole

1/4 stick margarine
1 tbsp flour
1 green pepper chopped fine (optional)
16 0z chopped mushrooms
1/4 oz can chopped pimento (optional)
2 cups cooked and chopped chicken
1 large can evaporated milk or 1 cup regular milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
Saute green pepper in margarine, and add flour, mushrooms, and
pimento. A little later add both cans of soups, milk and 1/2 of
the cheese and cook until hot and bubbly. Add the chicken.
Cook the spghetti and put into a greased baking dish. Pour sauce
over the noodles and mix. Bake at 350 for about an hour or until
bubbly and browned. Add rest of cheese and bake until melted.
