    Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Macaroni

    4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into small pieces
    14 1/2-ounce can chicken broth
    2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
    3/4 pound Velveeta, cut up
    10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

    Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken;
    cook and stir for 2 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in broth.
    Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low;
    cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta
    and broccoli; stir until Velveeta is melted. Serves 6.

    Yield: 6 servings
