Cheesy Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients



• 1 (16 oz) pkg. American cheese, cubed
  
• 1 (2 lb) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  
• 2c. mayonnaise
  
• 1 white onion, chopped
  
• 1 (3 oz) jar bacon bits
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350.
   
2. In the microwave, melt cheese in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir in potatoes, mayonnaise, and onion.
   
3. Spread in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and top with bacon bits.
   
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
   
5. Yield: 12 servings
