Chicken Casserole II

List of Ingredients
- 1 baking or stewing chicken
- 1 pkg. spaghetti
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2lb. American cheese
- 1/2lb. Longhorn cheese
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick butter
Instructions
- Stew chicken until tender. Cook spaghetti, celery and onion in remaining chicken broth until tender.
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. Combine cheese, milk, soup and butter in large saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and all ingredients ae blended.
- Add chicken mixture. This makes one large casserole or three family sized ones.
- Top with crumbed crackers. Casseroles may be frozen until ready to use. Bake at 350 for 50 mins.
