    List of Ingredients


    • 1 baking or stewing chicken
    • 1 pkg. spaghetti
    • 2 stalks celery, chopped
    • 1 onion, minced
    • 1/2lb. American cheese
    • 1/2lb. Longhorn cheese
    • 1 qt. milk
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 stick butter


    Instructions


    1. Stew chicken until tender. Cook spaghetti, celery and onion in remaining chicken broth until tender.
    2. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. Combine cheese, milk, soup and butter in large saucepan.
    3. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and all ingredients ae blended.
    4. Add chicken mixture. This makes one large casserole or three family sized ones.
    5. Top with crumbed crackers. Casseroles may be frozen until ready to use. Bake at 350 for 50 mins.
