    Chicken Tortilla Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 whold chicken cooked and deboned
    • 6 corn tortillas, cut in 1 inch strips
    • 1-10 3/4oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1-10 3/4oz. can cream of chicken soup
    • 3/4c. milk
    • 2T. hot sauce
    • 1 small onion, diced, browned in butter
    • grated cheese


    Instructions


    1. Mix soups, milk, hot sauce, and onion.
    2. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
    3. Line with half of tortillas.
    4. Add half of the chicken meat, then layer with half of soup mixture.
    5. Repeat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    6. Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
    7. For better flavor, make 24 hours ahead of time before baking.
