Chicken in a Dill sauce

4-6 chicken breasts (boned and skinned)
2 chopped shallots
3T melted butter
1/4 C sherry
1 C sour cream
1 T wortheshire sauce
1 t dried dill
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 C shredded chedder cheese
Place breast in baking dish. Saute shallots in butter and transfer
to a mixing bowl. In bowl, add rest of the ingredients except
cheese. Mix. Pour over chicken and top with cheese. Bake at 350
for one hour. Serve over rice or pasta.
