Chili Casserole II

Classic Cooking with Coca-Cola/Elizabeth Candler Graham 1998
4 ounces lasagna noodles
2 cans (15 ounce size) chili con carne (without beans) 1/2 cup Coca-Cola
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan, combine the chili, Coca-Cola, chili sauce and pepper and heat through. Layer 1/3 of noodles into a shallow baking pan. Add layer of 1/3 chili mixture and 1/3 each kind of cheese. Repeat layers twice.
2 Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then 5 minutes uncovered.
