Chinese Stuffed Peppers

4 green peppers
300g ground pork
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbs cooking wine
1/2 tsp corn starch
6 tbs sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tbs catsup
2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp cooking oil
Cut peppers in half. Mix meat with salt, wine, and corn starch and
place in peppers. Heat oil and place peppers meat side down on oil
until brown. Flip peppers over and cook on low heat until peppers
are soft. Mix sauce ingredients, add corn starch, heat, and pour
over.
