    Corn and Sausage Casserole

    1 1/2 pound bulk sausage
    1 can cream corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 cup milk
    2 tablespoons sugar
    3 eggs; beaten
    1/2 butter; melted
    12 crackers; crushed

    Break up sausage and cook until brown. Drain well; beat eggs. Add
    sausage, corn, sugar, flour, milk, and dash of pepper. Mix well;
    pour into casserole dish. Sprink crackers and butter on top and
    bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
