Cottage Potatoes

2 cup hot mashed potatoes
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp chopped chives
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine potatoes, cottage cheese, butter, chives, salt and dill
weed; mix. Spoon into one quart casserole dish.
Heat uncovered in preheated oven at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Five minutes before end of baking sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
