Cream of Mushroom Chicken

2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
16 oz containter sour cream
1/2 cup sherry
2 lbs skinless chicken breast
Combine soup, sourcream, and cooking sherry in a bowl. Clean chicken,
and place in a shallow baking pan. Pour soup mixture on top of
chicken. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with mashed potaoes. The sauce makes a great and easy gravy.
