French Bread
2 c. shredded cooked chicken
2 c. (8 oz.) sliced 1/4" fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese 10 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
1/3 dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 1/4 c. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Recipe
In greased 13x9" baking pan place bread. Layer with
chicken, mushrooms and cheese.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl whisk together all
remaining ingredients. Pour over layered chicken
mixture. Cover and refrigerator 6 hr.. or overnight.
Heat oven to 325° F. Uncover and bake for 50-60 min.
or until set in center. Let stand for 10 min.
