- 1-15OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
- 1-4OZ. CAN GREEN CHILIES, UNDRAINED
- 2t. CUMIN
- 1/2t. SALT
- 6C. (8OZ) CRUSHED TORTILLA CHIPS, DIVIDED
- 2C. (8OZ) SHREDDED MONTERY JACK OR 4 CHEESE MEXICAN CHEESE
- 1C. SOUR CREAM
- 1/2C. (2OZ) SHREDDED CHEDDAR
Instructions
- COOK BEEF AND ONION, DRAIN. ADD TOMATO SAUCE, CHILIES, CUMIN ANS SALT, SIMMER 10 MINS.
- COAT A CASSEROLE DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY.
- LAYER 1/2 CHIPS, 1/2 MONTEREY JACK, AND 1/2 BEEF MIXTURE IN DISH.
- REPEAT LAYERS. COVER WITH FOIL, BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINS.
- UNCOVER, SPREAD SOUR CREAM OVER TOP AND CHEDDAR CHEESE.
- BAKE 10 MINS. MORE OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
