Macsausage Casserole

List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. pork sausage
  
• 1/2 onion, chopped
  
• 1c. chopped celery
  
• 2-8oz cans tomato sauce
  
• 1/2t. basil
  
• 2c. elbow macaroni, cooked
  
• 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  






Instructions



1. Brown sausage in a large frying pan, drain. Add onion, celery, saute until tender.
   
2. Add tomato sauce and basil. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
   
3. Lightly oil a casserole dish, half layer of the macaroni half of the meat sauce and half of the cheese in the casserole dish.
   
4. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
