List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. ground beef
  
• 1/4c. chopped onion
  
• 1/4c. green pepper
  
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  
• 1 can cream of tomato soup
  
• 1 can enchilada sauce
  
• 1 can tortillas
  
• 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  






Instructions



1. Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper; drain off fat.
   
2. Mix 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can tomato soup and 1 can enchilada sauce together.
   
3. Take 1 can tortillas and layer with grated cheese and sauce.
   
4. Repeat layers ending with sauce on top.
   
5. Bake in oven on 350 for about 20 minutes.
