Mexican Layered Dish

10 oz pkg large flour tortillas
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 can pinto beans
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
Lightly grease 9x13x4 inch pan. Brown ground beef, salt, pepper
and onions in skillet and drain. In separate bowl, mix soups
together. Layer in order: 5 torn tortillas, beans, meat mixture,
cheese; 5 torn tortillas, soup mixture. Cover with foil and bake
at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
