List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into bite size pieces
  
• 1 can mushroom soup
  
• 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  
• 1 can mushrooms
  
• 2/3c. red wine or milk
  






Instructions



1. Brown meat over med. heat. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well.
   
2. Pour into lightly greased covered casserole dish and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 300. No peeking!!
   
3. Remove from oven and serve over hot noodles or butter rice.
