One Dish Chicken Bake

1 pkg. chicken flavor stuffing
mix
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/4 cup butter or margarine, cut up
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1-10 3/4 oz
can cream of mushroom soup (UNDILUTED)
1/3 cup milk
Mix seasoning packet from stuffing mix with the hot
water and butter in large bowl, let sit till butter
melts. Stir in stuffing crumbs just to moisten, let
stand 5 minutes. Place chicken down the center of a
8"x12" baking dish. Mix together soup and milk and
pour over the chicken. Spoon some of the stuffing over
the chicken breasts then spoon the rest of the
stuffing along the sides of the chicken. Bake at 375°
for 35 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
Garnish with sage or parsley leaves.
