    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 med. onion, chopped
    • 1 med. green pepper, chopped
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 jar (28oz) spaghetti sauce
    • 1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    • 1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz) sliced pepperoni
    • 8 oz. rotini, cooked and drained
    • 1c. (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 4 oz. provolone cheese, shredded
    • Grated Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic over med. heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
    2. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and pepperoni. In a greased 13x9x2 inch dish, layer half of the rotini and beef mixture.
    3. Sprinkle with 1/2c. each mozzarella and provolone. Repeat layers.
    4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 30-35 mins. or until heated through.
    5. Let stand for 15 mins. before serving.
    6. Yield: 6-8 servings.
